Terms of Wholesale Supply
1. Quotations & Validity
Commercial price quotes delivered via email or PDF dockets are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified, subject to currency exchange rate and raw material polyurethane/graphite market fluctuations.
2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
Standard wholesale orders and custom OEM production runs are subject to agreed minimum volume tiers per product line. Sampling orders are arranged on an evaluation fee basis credited against initial production batches.
3. Pre-Shipment Inspection
Buyers have the right to appoint independent accredited inspection agencies (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas) to inspect finished batches prior to final balance dispatch.
4. Incoterms & Freight
All international shipments are governed by ICC Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP, or EXW as confirmed in the proforma invoice).
